Jane is the also the Founder of the Centre for Learning & Performance Technologies (C4LPT), one of the world’s most visited learning sites on the Web, where she also compiles the very popular annual Top 100 Tools for Learning list from the votes of learning professionals worldwide.
Jane has been advising businesses for over 20 years, and currently focuses on helping them to broaden their approach to workplace learning in order to support continuous learning, by shifting from a focus on content towards developing the new personal and social skills required for the modern workplace.
Jane also offers a range of public and private online workshops on modernising workplace learning.
In February 2013, the Learning & Performance Institute (LPI) presented Jane with the Colin Corder Award for Outstanding Contribution to Learning.
