Jane is the Founder of the Centre for Learning & Performance Technologies (C4LPT), a free resource site on the use of technologies for learning and performance, which has become one of the world’s most visited website about learning with over 100,00 visits per month.

Jane set up the Social Learning Centre, which offers members a number of different ways to find out  how social media can be used to support continuous learning and performance improvement in the workplace (as well as to enhance the social aspects of training).
