Jane Hart is a well-regarded international speaker and writer on modern approaches to workplace learning. She has been advising businesses for over 20 years, and currently focuses on helping them to modernise their approach to workplace learning in order to create more relevant training initiatives for today’s employees as well as work with managers to support continuous learning in their teams.
Her popular Social Learning Handbook is now in its second edition, and she has just released her new book, Modern Workplace Learning, with a third one, Everyday Workplace Learning: a Guide for Managers in the planning stages.
Jane is the also the Founder of the Centre for Learning & Performance Technologies (C4LPT), one of the world’s most visited learning sites on the Web, where she also compiles the very popular annual Top 100 Tools for Learning list from the votes of learning professionals worldwide. Her blog, Learning in the Modern Workplace, was recently rated top of the 50 most socially shared Learning & Development blogs.
