Jane Hart is a well-regarded international speaker and writer on modern approaches to workplace learning – both how to provide modern training content as well as promoting (continuous) everyday learning by individuals and teams.
Her popular Social Learning Handbook is now in its second edition, and she is currently finalising her new book, Modern Workplace Learning, with a third one, Everyday Workplace Learning: a Guide for Managers in the planning stages.
Her blog, Learning in the Modern Workplace, was recently rated top of the 50 most socially shared Learning & Development blogs.
Jane is the also the Founder of the Centre for Learning & Performance Technologies (C4LPT), one of the world’s most visited learning sites on the Web, where she also compiles the very popular annual Top 100 Tools for Learning list from the votes of learning professionals worldwide.
Jane has been advising businesses for over 20 years, and currently focuses on helping them to modernise their approach to workplace learning in order to create more relevant training initiatives for today’s employees as well as work with managers to support continuous learning in their teams.
Jane also offers a range of public and private online workshops on modernising workplace learning.
Jane is also a member of the international think tank on workplace learning, the Internet Time Alliance.
In February 2013, the Learning & Performance Institute (LPI) presented Jane with the Colin Corder Award for Outstanding Contribution to Learning.
