Workforce Collaboration Services
As organisations transition to social businesses, Jane now focuses her consultancy activities on providing a range of Workforce Collaboration consultancy services, which involve helping teams work collaboratively to improve job, team and organizational performance (using the new social and collaboration tools)
- explaining and demonstrating the benefits of collaborative working (which includes collaborative learning) – at all levels: senior managers, line managers and teams
- identifying new tools and systems to support collaborative working practices
- helping teams use the social technologies to work effectively together
- building a collaboration culture by modeling appropriate collaboration behaviours
- developing a collaborative learning approach through the sharing and co-creation of content
- supporting the set up and maintenance of Communities of Practice
- carrying out workflow audits
- helping individuals build Personal Knowledge Networks (both inside and outside the organisation)
- helping individuals acquire Personal Knowledge Management (PKM) techniques, e.g. to deal with information overload and stay productive

Internet Time Alliance
Jane works on large international projects with Internet Time Alliance (ITA) where she is a Principal, and Senior Director of Collaboration. The ITA advises organizations on how to get their people learning, working, and innovating in Internet Time. ITA Principals have connections to thousands of different organisations within their different networks, so are able to share the practices of many forward looking organisations.
